Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a physical factory integrating R&D, production and sales, not a trading company. Wenzhou Daba Machinery has its own production workshops, R&D team and core production technology. We have been deeply involved in the label printing industry for over 20 years. DABA can directly provide customers with original equipment and supporting services without intermediate links, which can better ensure product quality and price advantages.
Where is your factory located? How can I get there for a visit?
Our factory is located in RuiAn County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Suggestions for getting there for a visit:
(1). International customers can first fly to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, and we can arrange a special car to pick you up at the airport;
(2). If you choose high-speed rail, you can arrive at RuiAn Station, and the factory is only 15-20 minutes away by car. Please contact us 3-5 working days in advance before the visit so that we can arrange a special reception and prepare relevant demonstration matters.
How do you ensure product quality and after-sales service?
Product Quality Assurance:
(1). Strictly implement the ISO9001 quality management system, and set multiple quality inspection checkpoints in every link from raw material procurement, parts processing to whole machine assembly;
(2). The equipment must complete 72 hours of continuous no-load test run and load test before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance; (3). Core components adopt well-known brands to control quality from the source. After-sales Service Assurance: Provide 24/7 online technical support, detailed operation manuals and video tutorials, arrange on-site installation, commissioning and training, supply original spare parts and provide fast logistics and distribution to ensure customers' production without worries.
What are the payment terms?
We support flexible international payment methods, mainly including:
(1). Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% advance payment, and 70% balance payment after the equipment production is completed and accepted, then we will arrange delivery;
(2). Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight): Customers need to issue a sight letter of credit that meets the mutually agreed terms;
(3). For high-quality long-term cooperative customers, more flexible payment plans can be negotiated. Specific payment details can be further confirmed during the contract negotiation stage.
What's your delivery date?
Usually finish the production within 30days after your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.
What is the warranty policy? Do you provide overseas engineer services?
Warranty Policy: The whole machine has a 1-year warranty period (excluding wearing parts such as cutters and seals). For failures caused by non-human factors within the warranty period, free original spare parts and technical support can be obtained. Overseas Engineer Services: We provide on-site overseas engineer services. Engineers can be arranged to go to the site for fault repair, technical guidance, etc. according to customer needs; the service cost shall be borne by the customer, including the engineer's round-trip air tickets, accommodation, local transportation and service fees, which can be quoted through negotiation in advance.
What about after-sales service?
Our after-sales service system covers the whole process:
(1). Pre-sales: Provide equipment selection consultation, scheme customization and technical parameter interpretation;
(2). Sales: Free online operation training is provided, and on-site installation, commissioning and operator practical training can be arranged;
(3). After-sales: 24/7 online technical consultation and fault diagnosis, quick response to spare parts needs, provide equipment maintenance and maintenance guidance, and regular return visits to understand the equipment operation status to ensure long-term and stable production of customers.
How about machine testing?
We implement a strict three-stage machine testing process to ensure product performance:

(01).Factory Internal Testing:
No-load Test: 48 hours of continuous operation to check the stability of the electrical system, mechanical structure, and control system.
Load Test: 24 hours of production with actual label materials to verify printing precision, die-cutting accuracy, slitting quality, and production efficiency.

(02).Customer Witness Testing:
Customers are welcome to visit our factory to witness the test process. We can test the machine with your provided materials and meet your specific production requirements.

(03).Test Report & Video:
A detailed test report (including operation parameters, test results, and quality data) will be provided.
We can also send a test video to you for confirmation if you are unable to visit the factory.
he machine will only be delivered after you confirm that the test results meet your requirements.
How About Manufacturer Certification and Machine Certification?
Our factories all have ISO 9001 system and all the machines supply have CE certification and some of our machine have RoHS ,SGS,Certification.
